Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds in the following cases:
Damaged or Defective Products – If you receive tea products that are damaged, contaminated, or defective.
Incorrect Order – If the items delivered differ from what you ordered.
Unopened & Unused Products – If you change your mind within [2] days of delivery and the packaging remains unopened.

How to Request a Refund?

2️ Provide Order Details – Share your order number, product details, and reason for the refund request.
3️ Return the Item – For eligible refunds, return the product in its original packaging.

Refund Process

✔ Approved refunds will be processed within [10] business days after receiving the returned item.
✔ Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
✔ Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our end.

✔ Refund can be replaced by re-sending of items one again.

Return delivery charges have to be borne by the customer.

Exceptions

✖ Opened or used tea products cannot be refunded due to food safety regulations.
✖ Bulk or wholesale orders may have different refund conditions – please contact us for details.
